SMS Terms

Introduction
These SMS Terms govern the text message communications between Mastaba Homes LLC (dba Mastaba Window & Door) and our customers. By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these terms. They work alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Program Description
Our SMS program provides conversational customer service messaging. It is customer-initiated, and we do not send automated marketing. Messages relate only to your inquiry and active project with us.
Message Types
- Quote replies
- Appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Project status updates
- Arrival notifications
- Follow-up communications
- Manual review requests within active conversations
Message Frequency
Up to 8 messages per project. Message frequency varies.
Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
Outbound Hours
Outbound SMS messages are sent only between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM local time.
Opt-In Methods
There are two ways to opt in to our SMS program:
- Submitting our web form with the SMS consent checkbox checked.
- Initiating a text message conversation with one of our tracking numbers.
Opt-Out Keywords
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. A confirmation message will be sent after you opt out, and you will not receive further messages unless you opt back in.
HELP Keyword
Reply HELP at any time and an auto-reply will be sent with support contact information. The auto-reply reads:
Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS Vendor Disclosure
SMS services are facilitated through CallRail, a third-party communications platform. CallRail processes message routing on our behalf and is bound by their own data protection policies.
Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
You may receive quotes and services without opting in to SMS. Consent to receive text messages is never required to do business with us.
