Services

Mastaba Window & Door provides professional window and door installation, replacement, and repair services in the Capital Region of New York. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and a signed service agreement between the client and Mastaba Window & Door.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are free and non-binding until a formal written contract is signed. Prices displayed on our website are approximate starting prices and may vary based on specific project requirements, materials selected, and site conditions. Final pricing will be provided in a detailed written estimate.

Warranties

Mastaba Window & Door stands behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on products and materials are separate and provided directly by the manufacturer. We are happy to assist with any warranty claims.

SMS Text Messaging Program

By opting in, you agree to the following terms governing our SMS text messaging program. These terms supplement our full SMS Terms.

Program Description

Our SMS program provides conversational customer service messaging. It is customer-initiated only. We do not send marketing blasts. You will receive messages only after you opt in through our web form or by initiating a text conversation with one of our tracking numbers.

Message Types

Messages may include quote replies, appointment scheduling and confirmations, project status updates, arrival notifications, and follow-up communications related to your project.

Message Frequency

Up to 8 messages per project. Message frequency varies.

Charges

Msg & data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Outbound Hours

Outbound SMS messages are sent only between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM local time.

Opt-In

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our web form, or by replying to one of our CallRail tracking numbers to start a conversation. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may receive quotes and services without opting in.

Opt-Out and Help

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. Reply HELP for help, and you will receive support contact information.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mastaba Window & Door or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Mastaba Window & Door shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the website or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services rendered.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Albany County, New York.
